Consultancies

Growth is still tied to the senior people who hold the method.

Growth remains tied to senior people who hold the methodology, shape every proposal, and review every important deliverable. Halcroft assesses the process that keeps them in the middle, implements a fix where the case is strong, and measures the result.

Typically: Founder or managing partner of an established consultancy or other knowledge-led firm.

Where the constraint sits

  • Methodology held by a few senior people
  • Every proposal shaped by senior people
  • RFP responses that restart from a blank page

Typical workflows

One process at a time.

  • 01

    Proposal and RFP response

  • 02

    Research-to-report delivery

  • 03

    Knowledge reuse and quality assurance

  • 04

    Engagement setup and account expansion

Proof status

No published case study for this sector yet.

Halcroft has not published a case study for this sector. The paid assessment is how we would establish whether a build is justified, and what it should measure.

Example systems

What the system handles, and what your people decide.

RFP Response System

Turns the scramble around a deadline into a repeatable assembly process built on your own approved material.

The system handles

  • Retrieves approved prior answers, credentials, and case material
  • Maps reusable material to the tender’s question structure
  • Produces a first draft and checks mandatory questions and word limits

People decide

  • Which argument and evidence best fit the opportunity
  • Whether every claim is accurate and current
  • What is approved for submission

Research-to-Report System

Compresses the distance between a pile of source material and a structured first draft in the firm’s own format.

The system handles

  • Ingests approved filings, transcripts, notes, and prior work
  • Extracts evidence into the firm’s reporting structure
  • Produces a traceable first draft with claims linked to sources

People decide

  • What the evidence means
  • Which interpretation the firm is prepared to stand behind
  • What reaches the client

How it starts

Assess broadly, build narrowly.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

45 minutes, free. We look at where capacity is constrained and whether an assessment is worth doing. It is a conversation, not an audit.

  2. 02

    Paid operational AI assessment

Fixed fee, scoped before it starts. Interviews, process and systems review, a baseline where the data allows, ranked opportunities with the financial assumptions, risks, and what not to automate. The report stands on its own, whether or not Halcroft builds anything.

  3. 03

    Scoped implementation

Separately proposed and only where the assessment supports it. Agreed problem, acceptance criteria, data and security arrangements, human review points, training, handover, and measurement of the result.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

Optional, and only where there is a real recurring responsibility. Separately agreed, with its own fee and service scope. Many engagements end at handover.

A useful first conversation

Discuss the work your senior people should not still be doing.

On a free introductory call we look at where the method, the proposals, and the reviews pile up today, and say plainly if an assessment would not be worth paying for.
